UM Webpage for ‘Public Service and Organizational Performance Review’
Pursuant to Chief Executive’s Dispatch No. 61/2019, the Macao Special Administrative Region promulgated the ‘Public Service and Organizational Performance Review System’. The purpose of the review is to advance the performance management of the Macao SAR government, and improve public departments’ performance, execution capacity and public service quality.
As to the University of Macau, the review can help the university have a deeper understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of its services, and provide a foundation for continuous improvement and enhancement of its public services.
