Complaint and Suggestion Channels

We welcome any enquiries, comments or suggestions you may have on the services of the university included in the ‘Public Services and Organizational Performance Review’. Please refer to the Government Portal of Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China for the respective contact methods.

Remarks:

1) In accordance with Item 3 of Article 21 of Decree-Law No. 5/98/M, the university will reply to a complaint or an objection within 45 days from the date of receipt. Should we fail to reply within the time limit, we will explain the reasons and inform you of the expected response date.

2) In accordance with Item 2 of Article 21 of Decree-Law No. 5/98/M, anonymous suggestions, complaints or objections may be destroyed.
